Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before your package ships.

Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts).
Orders under $75 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via standard carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Delivery times typically range from 8-14 business days once shipped. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Rugged Nest Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need assistance, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Local Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickup.
